This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

cannot install in pop os (ubuntu). Keeps asking to install. Tried install using eddy, gdebi and sudo. Pkg so called installed but does not go into setting a pin. Now in my apps I have a google chrome app but inside the app just asks for installation when its already done.

Не устанавливается как отдельное приложение Windows, работает только как вкладка в Chrome и в фоне не держится. До этого всё устраивало пологостью, но так пользоваться не удобно, исправьте
2020/09/26 試了三台電腦，只有一台能夠成功啟用桌面捷徑的「獨立遠端視窗」，其他兩台只會反覆開啟瀏覽器並跳針要安裝 app ，桌面捷徑只會 (1), (2), (3) …無限增加卻沒有辦法啟用這個模式。 2022/04/22 這個已經持續很長一段時間了，用電腦連線只會出現灰色畫面，但是滑鼠鍵盤都正常操作；想要看到畫面只能用手機連線，但是操作相對不方便。受不了決定刪除這個工具，特別上來更新評論。期間多了一台工作設備，四台任選互相連線全部都有這個問題。
會一直離線，但其他還不錯

Cant even type the password when come to Choose a PIN with at least 6 numbers. You'll need the PIN to connect to this computer remotely. very strange
スリープ復帰後、再起動後に高確率で設定が全て削除されている そのため外出時アクセスしようとスマホアプリを起動するとオフラインになっている。 本当に使えない、☆1すら点けたくないです。
