I loved it at first, but now it's causing me problems. I'm being told to turn off my Google high contrast extension and I don't have a high contrast extension. I wish someone would respond to my email and tell me why they think I have a high contrast extension. I've sent 2 emails to Darkness this morning 12/17/20 and no one has responded. Good luck with my profile picture. It has disappeared from my Facebook homepage and something is preventing me from uploading it again. Today is 01/15/21 and yesterday for the first time since I wrote this review, I lost the Darkness mode on all my websites. I searched for a phone number and found your email. I wrote to you this morning and I hope I receive a timely response from you. I really like the dark background. It is much easier on my eyes. I have the Pro edition of Darkness and hope whatever is causing this problem is corrected quickly. I am still not aware of any added high definition extensions on my laptop. I certainly didn't install any and I'm the only one using it. If I removed it from Chrome and then added it back, do you think that would solve this problem? Today is 01/11/22. It's been almost a year since I've written a review on Darkness but I'm having another problem. It will will not load the No Theme mode. My browser is Google and when I ask a question, I sometimes want to print out the answer, but I don't want the background to be black and unless I set Darkness to No Theme, the background will print out black wasting the ink in my printer. Why can't I set Darkness to No Theme. I paid for the premium Darkness and I'd like for it to work correctly. All the problems I was having with Darkness have been resolved. I'd appreciate it if this problem could be resolved too.
