I keep getting the 0% connection error. I did everything you suggest in discord and the problem persists. there ir NO support channel nor email nor any way to communicate with even a support bot. yo need to do something about it if you want to be taken seriously. A "service" without costumer support is not a service.

back like a month it said it also collected Authentification information: for example credentials, passwords, security questions or personal identification numbers [pin] now it doesn't, it states it only collects location data? whats up with that, kinda sus? is it safe to use?
I accessed it today and installed the extension and it is active but it remains disabled on the dashboard with the connection cut. Yesterday's maintenance seems to have been useless, it's difficult to recommend this to anyone...

How did this happen? When I woke up this morning and checked, my “mining points” I had earned until yesterday had suddenly been reduced by half! I don't understand this fact at all. Upon closer inspection, I found that my “mining points” accumulated yesterday (3.27) had completely disappeared. Yesterday, in particular, I worked very hard on mining, using two computers in two different locations. But why? This is the moment when trust in your company’s project is greatly eroded. Was it hacked? Or is GRASS such a trash project? I request a prompt response from your company regarding this fact. Mining operations are not smooth due to frequent connection failures, and above all, “distrust in mining point accumulation” will fundamentally lead to global distrust in your company’s project. For your information, I also have solid evidence of the “mining points” accumulated until yesterday. Yesterday, by chance, I had something to check, so I took a picture of the screen. I conclude this article while waiting once again for a quick response from your company.
