After losing Tungle, I was not sure where to turn. Enter ScheduleOnce. It was just as easy to setup and did what I needed it to do - simplify my scheduling. Using it was easy - you send the link, the person you want to meet with clicks the link, picks out some times that work for them and then you get to select the best time from their times. Best of all, it sends them a calendar invite and confirmation. The wasted back and forth time of e-mail scheduling is over. Thanks for filling the void of the expiring calendar apps.

I love ScheduleOnce - and it just keeps getting better and better. And good thing too - with the recent demise of Tungle and Presdo - and the fact that TimeBridge is basically just wasting away - ScheduleOnce fills a nice void in a once-crowded field. I really like how it syncs with Google Calendar, and it makes booking appointments with colleagues really simple. I like the fact that you can set up different MeetMe pages, and even set up a group (BookNow) if you want to. And it can handle inbound and outbound appointments differently, so you can easily schedule mundane appointments simply, and contact others for something that you want to offer choices for, and it handles that too. I’m excited to see where they go next!

I was a tungle evangelist until I found this app. As an English second Language Tutor and breathwork Facilitator it was crucial that I had a way of allowing clients the ability to easily book my time. ScheduleOnce not only does this with consummate ease not just from the perspective of my clients, but also from the point of view of ease of setup and on going management of schedule and calendar. additionally there would appear to be very little or no learning curve for the client. Even my most techno-phobic client has managed to easily book my time, and, it all works with my Google calendar. I cannot but award the app 5 stars and highly recommend it to any business or professional looking for a solid well built easy to use appointment scheduler. I run a busy allied health practice with many different booking schedules. The diary is one of the hardest parts of the business to keep ‘under control’. Creating staff meetings and in-services was almost impossible and would takes weeks of to-and-fro, organising times for all staff to meet. Using the SchedualOnce app allows my staff to see their own and others availability and coordinate their meetings and in-services easily. SchedualOnce has also allowed our clients to book with their preferred practitioner. They can easily see their availabilities and book times that are appropriate for both them and their therapist. It has decreased our late cancellations and no shows and has allowed our clients a sense of ease now that they know they can choose who they will be booked in to see. Thanks to the SchedualOnce app everyone’s day runs that little bit smoother.

I am a CPA with clients in several different time zones. Scheduling appointments across multiple time zones with busy business owners was a major pain. I had tried a couple of other calendaring/appointment apps and was not satisfied with the results. I decided to search the Google App store and see what would integrate with my Google Calendar. Wow am I glad I found Schedule Once. It does exactly what it says. My clients like it, prospective clients find it easy to use. I can provide a link directly on my website with instructions to prospects about the best ways to connect with me. Besides making my life simpler and existing clients happier, I feel like I close more new business, just because prospective clients get a good first impression of my firm.

Having used many different online booking systems in the past, This by far allows me to setup and customize how my life and calendar REALLY work and with the simple interface I dont have to spend time telling clients how to use the system, as with other online booking systems I would email a link and then get a call say how do i use this... seemed like a waste of time now I no longer have those problems.

I have been using ScheduleOnce to help me manage my consulting business and have found that it makes scheduling appointments with my clients a breeze. I don't have to worry about sharing calendars or sending multiple emails to work out a good time to meet. I just input my availability and my client can choose a day and time that works for them and the appointment is easily added to my calendar! This has made my business much more streamlined!
