e-TAX拡張機能入れてもchromeでログインできなくて、windowsのedgeで操作しました。
e-TAX拡張機能入れてもchromeでログインできない。或いはログインできていても先に進めない方が多数続出していますね。 僕もそうでしたが広告ブロックなど別の拡張機能をオフにしたらログイン後に操作可能になりました。 確定申告の時期に税金収めるためのシステムが他の拡張機能に簡単に影響を受けるシステムはかなりいただけませんね。 サポートに連絡しても原因が他の拡張機能の干渉と原因に至らないことも多いです。 簡単に外的要因を受けないシステムに改善されることを説に願います。
事前に「eTaxWEB_IEsetup」をインストールしていないとe-taxにログインできません。 …この拡張機能だけで完結しないの怪しいと思うでしょうが、本当なんです。本当にこの拡張機能だけではログインできないんです。
