酒類の申請の案内が封書で来て、その手順のとおりにやりたいが、モバイル版の場合はその申請はPCでやれと表示され、PC版ではマイナンバーカード読み取りができずパスワードが必要だが、どのパスワードか全くわからず、どれを打ち込んでもログインできない。 手順書の、e-Taxソフトにログインし、の１行目を行えない。 IT弱者でもないし通常に何でもこなしているが全くできない。意味が分からない。
