This is the great offspring for remote torrent adder. And, however it is hard to imagine, it offers even more useful features. Simple yet powerful. Great job jgk!
It seems the extension uses MutationObserver and writes to console on every mutation anywhere in the DOM. Is this really necessary? Since it runs on all sites it's polluting the console and as developer myself who often tinkers something in the browser this starts to get annoying after a while. I don't want to lose the ability to have all magnet/torrent links ready for adding but MutationObserver seems an overkill even if it weren't writing to console about every mutation that happens. I understand that you want to catch all links even when they are generated dynamically by javascript, but please consider implementing simpler solution (delayed check for links after page loading or similar...) and put it as an alternative in options. Thank you for considering.
The old extension I was using is no longer supported, as Chrome has stopped supporting manifest V2. This is working perfectly on the latest Chrome, and I'm using it as a remote BiglyBT (just using Vuze mode).
Works really well with qBittorrent, clean and lovely to see a remote torrent extension adhering to Google's Manifest V3 and still being maintained.
Seems to be a good replacement for the unmaintained Remote Torrent Adder plugin. Working fine in vivaldi.
