I'm not sure what happened here, but this extension changed on me. The new one, as noted by everyone else, sucks. I found the old one we all loved here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/volume-control/kedfglpbemacpmmdhkhmichimibbhnge/related?hl=en
i liked it better before. now when i have different windows open and have to adjust it each time. the window space it takes up is kind of annoying too, sometimes if double clicked or other, it is hidden behind open tabs until i close them, then find a bunch of duplicate windows open. it is easier to adjust than the former 'knob' style tuner.
