This is my favorite way to shop and love the rewards...
Despite the company being present in Italy, the extension does not list Italy itself as one of the country for the sign in. So you are not able to use the extension for it.

It stopped working for my normal purchases on Instacart and it populates for DoorDash and useless there also. I have been a mbr for over 2 years and the rewards that was racked up from clothes, beauty, food, groceries, etc... just disappeared. I am a very busy person, and to get on a chat w their customer service is the worst ever. I have to find ways to contact their HQ bc I cannot get assistance to help me access, for my normal usual purchases. It seems like a tech glitch, but to no avail I have gotten quick repeated script, no resolution. If they change policy, they do not make mbrs aware of it and I haven't ever had a time where I wasn't completely upset w the poor quality of their customer service. I have clicked to save cashback rewards for over 2 years and have never been able to use any of the cash back. I was given 2 different pieces of adv - 1 agent told me to download the app and my rewards would resume there. Another agent said it is because I downloaded the app, that I cannot get the previous accumulated savings added back to my rewards. Now that the features are not working for my normal purchases, I am reconsidering this company. I truly do not think, that their Corp Office is aware of how "cx unfriendly" this service is and if they, do they just lost a mbr who was considering their financing options. I would warn all to beware and I wouldn't dare to take a chance opening a credit/tradeline with a company who does not know how to train its cx team to help solve problems for their members, and only know how to rebuttal with redundant quick text. I have even opened tickets for escalation and no response. I know for a lot of ppl whose credit score isn't up to par, this is convenient when it works, but wait until you are experiencing my concerns with this company and you will see why this review is beyond a rant. It is concerning and legit! Don't even allow me to go in on their new $2. fee. When this worked, it was a 5 Star. Their customer service was and still is at ZERO stars! That combined w the new 2-dollar fee which can incur interest, lack of tech support, my missing rewards, their lack for cx resolutions,... I give them 1 star. 1 is the for the convenience when it is working!

Hat hier leider nicht Funktioniert, Händler hatte kein Klarna, nervt nur die laufende Einblendung
Funktioniert eher nur als Cookie-Sammler. Die Cashback-Funktion funktioniert leider nicht. Ich habe mehrmals den Kundenservice gefragt ob und wann ich eine Gutschein-Cashback bekomme, meine Frage wurde jedes mal weitergeleitet. 7 Monate danach immer noch keine Antwort und kein Gutschein.
