Kazuhiro Kasai様の書込みを元にいろいろやってみました。私の環境では日本語が入らないようにしても動かなくなります。（もしかしたらどこかに日本語が残っているのかもしれませんが） cookieを一度消しても、また次の時に残ってしまうので、まずはKazuhiro Kasaiのようにonenote関連のcookieを消してから設定→コンテンツの設定→例外の管理で onenote.officeapps.live.comとonenote.comとwww.onenote.comの３つを終了時に消去で設定しました。これでとりあえず私は常時動くようになりました。ご参考までに。

動作しなくなってしまいました。「このアプリケーションで問題が発生した場合は、デベロッパーに連絡することをおすすめします」とありますが、そのページも表示されません。

Only worked first day. I've allowed exceptions in chrome, still does not work at all. Shame, because in theory it's a great extension.
