Yay, they added a new error message to tell me how I broke it. Adding [*.]live.com and [*.]onenote.com to the third party cookie exception list fixed it. Back to a 5 star rating!

Doesnt work, efficiently. Too many error messages. "Cant clip pages at this time". Didn't expect this from a company as accomplished as microsoft. Geesh!
