The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

I really like this, but cannot save video with size bigger. I hope that it will be support in furture.

THE BEST
Pops up a new window and keeps asking me to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to save an image with, of course, more pop-up windows in between. By default it will save in My Drive and you cannot choose at the time you're actually saving the pic. Now I keep getting logged out of other google apps, even though I never closed the browser and it never really happened before. Hope it's just a bug and will fix itself after deletion.
Stopped working on Brave. Needs authorization but never gives that option.

This app says it is from the Google Drive Team however it seemed to perform really poorly. After installing I was redirected to login (was already logged into both Chrome and my Google account) multiple times. As soon as I pressed the app icon in my browser menu to use it I was informed it doesn’t work on Google pages. An app by Google doesn’t work on Google pages? What? Why? Finally I went over to a non Google page youtube.com (I know Youtube is owned by Google but it was different enough that at least the app would let me press the button this time) and I get a large red error about how the site is the wrong size or some such slop. Maybe it works better on mobile? Not for me.

you cannot select a folder before uploading. upload is slow and works via the client instead via the google servers (slow).
