The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

Preview only in b/w - saved file ok. But - and that´s inacceptable: site layout is completly messed up (text bodies and weird cut inline images) and no way to choose orientation! This means: totally useless, the price for getting Prints saved fast is party unreadable documents. What´s worse too: PDF files opened in Chrome (what´s my default) in A5 will be force "printed" in A4 what leads to half empty pages. Well meant isn´t well done.

Image capture failed (This request exceeds the MAX_CAPTURE_VISIBLE_TAB_CALLS_PER_SECOND quota.) Upload failure: Unspecified error (404) So why not tell what and how I can save?
It doesn't work anymore after some Chrome update limits the amount of images it can save, so on long pages it is basically useless.
I liked this tool , sadly it is broken since Chrome 92 > Image capture failed (This request exceeds the MAX_CAPTURE_VISIBLE_TAB_CALLS_PER_SECOND quota.)
pls make something useful, this is so disappointing, i expect something much more practical, i love google drive.
When I save a document on Gmail I get to option to decide the exact location where the document will go, but in this extension I cant. Did anyone encounter this problem? Its annoying to have to go back to drive to adjust the location :(
Was working a treat - now all I get is an error message about exceeding the max capture rate
It shows "無法擷取圖片 (This request exceeds the MAX_CAPTURE_VISIBLE_TAB_CALLS_PER_SECOND quota.)" and exit with error recently. However, it's a really awesome extension before.
