AI product readReal-time web threat protection companion extension for 360 Total Security desktop antivirus, providing malicious URL detection, anti-phishing, anti-fraud, shopping protection, and privacy anti-tracking in the browser.
Protects users from malicious websites, phishing attacks, online fraud, and privacy tracking while browsing. Integrates 360 Total Security's cloud-based threat database directly into the browser to provide real-time URL safety assessments and shopping transaction protection.
Extension installs in browser and connects to locally installed 360 Total Security via native messaging. On every tab navigation, the URL is sent to the native host for cloud-based threat analysis. The toolbar icon updates to show safe/risk/shopping/checking status. When visiting payment/shopping sites, shopping protection mode activates. The anti-tracking feature randomizes user-agent identifiers per tab to prevent fingerprinting. Without 360 Total Security installed, the extension shows upgrade prompts.

- Target users
- Windows users who have 360 Total Security installed / Users seeking browser-level protection against malicious URLs and phishing / Online shoppers wanting transaction protection
- The extension depends entirely on the 360 Total Security desktop application being installed on Windows; without it, core URL checking functionality is unavailable (only basic anti-tracking may work).
- 360 Total Security desktop application itself may have premium features, but this was not deeply investigated as it's external to the extension.
- The extension sends URLs to info.url.cloud.360safe.com for some reporting/tracking, raising privacy considerations not fully explored here.
MonetizationNo paid features detected
The extension itself has no paid features, subscription model, or payment processing. The 'pay.html' popup and related files show 'Payment Protection' status for protecting online transactions from fraud - not a payment wall for features. The 'upgrade' references (upgradesafe.html, upgradeext.html, upgradebr.html) prompt users to upgrade the 360 Total Security desktop software or the extension to newer versions - these are software updates, not paid upgrades. 360 Total Security desktop application may have its own premium tier, but the extension does not gate any features behind payment. No billing APIs, Stripe, or payment platform integrations were found in the extension source code.

- No
- Reason
- The extension does not require any user login or account authentication. It communicates with the locally installed 360 Total Security desktop application via native messaging (chrome.runtime.connectNative('com.google.chrome.wdwedpro')). There is no login UI, no authentication flow, and no account creation. The keyword hits for 'login', 'account', 'session', and 'token' are from Google Analytics tracking code (_setAccount, _setSessionCookieTimeout) and a plugin list string ('Login Reminder'), none of which represent actual user authentication. The extension shows a privacy consent popup on first use, but this is a privacy agreement, not login.
Absolutely brilliant app...I have been using my "360 total security" over the year in pc & android...& without any confusion in mind I can assure all;it's better than any other "licensed anti-virus"product... Am i wrong ? or doing publicity for this app ? Then ,try it just on trust for one time.. Thanks to developer for such a stunning app...:)

Last update was on May,5. Not very promising. And also marked some websites as phishing websites when it was clearly not. One time I went on a phishing website that had "pavpal" instead of "paypal" and 360 marked it as safe. Then I go on the actual Paypal website and the same "website is safe" thing appeared.
