The full featured AdBlock extention is one of the reasons for using Chrome - it does what it says, plus the customised block features can be used to dismiss panels and sections I don't want displayed on other regular pages. Nice.

It works really good, but there're days that it isn't work and I don't know how to make it work. Please help! thanks!
It seems to block content with keywords in the html, for instance it blocks links or images with "advertisement" or "ads" in them. So be careful since it might also remove relevant content, like buttons and such. Or if you sell ad management plugins/components, it can damage your business since customers won't see the product on your site.
A perfect app, he blocked all the annoying advertising, even advertising on youtube!
I sometimes cannot pause the streams of twitch.tv . And it turns out AdBlock is what causes the problem. This problem seems to occur more often when I am watching embedded streams than when I watching streams directly from twitch.tv .
