It does a good job. But anyway, there are a lot of bugs and problems present for a long time now. First example: The auto-update of the lists isn't working. I always have to update them manually. This also appears in Adblock Plus for Chrome. Second: If I open the configuration site of the application I always get a blank screen. Then I need to reload the page to see the content. Third: It rarely can happen that the application does not work at all - then I have to deactivate and reactivate it to make it work. As Chrome is a browser you can't really configure that much like a Firefox, I don't think it's a configuration problem on my site. Chrome always has been buggy, maybe too much features in too short releases.
This is a great extension for its purpose; it removes ads from anything. I happen to like it. However, aren't many companies being cheated if you're not viewing ads, that are their main source of revenue? It makes me feel guilty sometimes, oh well. Great application in most respects overall.

Worked great for a long time, but now things are starting to slip through.

This use to be the greatest app in the world for Chrome, now its not blocking much of anything. It is still working in Firefox.
This is a must. If you don't want the web to smother you with ads, this extension is the best option for a full-fledged web experience without the distractions.
