This has successfully blocked every ad I'm used to coming across, including video ads that are comparable to commercial-length clips up to 5 mins long. And in referance to the guy who doesn't recommend this because of his laptop... Sure it uses a bit of processing power and I use a laptop myself, but with good RAM and using this while your laptop's plugged in, there's no noticeable difference. So if you plan on using a laptop with its battery as its main power source and you have crap for RAM, don't use this plug-in while surfing the net... Good things usually come with a price, albeit not even a significant one in my opinion. I definitely recommend this plug-in.

It's unbelievable how handy this extension is. I've found that I've been spoiled by this extension, because when I use someone else's computer all the ads drive me insane. I definitely recommend this! I don't know what others mean by it slowing down your computer, but for me personally, Google Chrome has not crashed since I installed this extension (It used to crash constantly for me), and my computer is just as fast as usual.
Its GREAT! Blocks every add that tries to pop up :) It even is linked with my chrome account, so all my computers have it.
