Good extension.

I just joined Kudos, however the benefits when combined with my cash back cards and mileage cards seems to be beneficial.
(I am receiving an incentive for my review.) If you tend to shop online at stores other than Amazon and are comfortable sharing your spending data, this is a simple way to earn cash back over time. Customer service is very friendly and responsive, but upper management seems to be inefficient and disorganized. I emailed customer service with a question, and she told me she needed to check, and would get back to me. The same representive contacted me multiple times to reassure me that she but had not received an answer yet, but she had not forgotten about my request. Ultimately everything worked out (and I'm so grateful to my rep, Maria!), but I just wish there was better communication within the organization.
Paid reviews/incentivized are always a one star for me. Other than that, seem like an okay software so far for another data tracking/selling app.
Very easy to use and set up. Clean UI. I have uncommon cashback cards and although they were not initially supported by Kudos, their support team responded extremely quickly (within an hour) to provide assistance. Within 24 hours, they had my cards configured in their app so I could use them, making sure all the card benefits were correctly added. I was extremely impressed at the level of customer service to provide site compatibility for one individual user. Very good first impression of their extension and service.
