It works…for basic things you need to edit Microsoft files. It is at least important for you to download one so that you can edit the file directly from your drive instead of converting it from MS files to Slides/Docs/Sheets back to the MS file, making others lose access to your latest edits (unless you download and overwrite the file). It is also faster to save your file here than in the latest MS Office file editor on Google Docs online. However there are several problems with this. 1. When there is a error on the document, it will say that you need to re-load the page. You will not know what will happen, and there might be a chance that your entire file will be wiped off, leaving a blank document. 2. It doesn't play animations. The only transition it has is "Fade". 3. When you print a powerpoint file using this app, borders, which is supposed to be not there, appears together with the slide. 4. When there are comments, the editor just overwrites the file, deleting all of the comments. 5. You can't add images while editing files. 6. It is out of date. Unlike the latest Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, it looks totally different, looking like Google hadn't updated this extension for a very long time! 7. Any file that is in shared viewing mode can be edited and saved from this extension. This doesn't make sense, especially when you have prohibited downloading the file. 9. There is more…you just need to see! I hope that you could resolve all of these problems so I can give it 5 stars!
Faltan herramientas específicas para los tipos de archivo mas comunes de Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); lo instalé para editar presentaciones, pero las herramientas de Slides son limitadas en comparación con las de PPT, 3 de 5 es suficiente.
