Good, but I would appreciate an icon to easily toggle the feature on and off. Though it is handy when taking notes in class, I don't want to view PowerPoint presentations in Chrome ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I want to save them to my hard drive.

Doesn't preserve MS formatting. Using MS Word online gives better results and is also free to use.
