It works ok. Basically, it can open every documents, excel, and powerpoint. However, there are still common a format compatibility problem left. It is observed between openoffice and Microsoft office. I am not sure Google can fix it because I cannot expect Microsoft to improve it's competitor's, Google Docs, compatibility.
