I got hacked and all my 42 axies were stolen as well as SLPs and RON. I reported the issue as soon as I learned that I was hacked (within few minutes after). I identified the hacker to be "Lunacian #5" with Ronin:ronin:0ef09399f0e89813c77b6a1a78ed24495c99bd06, I have provided lots of screenshots of the unauthorized gifting of my axies in different account of my scholars, but they didn't. do anything about it. They told me it cannot be recovered, I requested to ban all those axies, which at that time out of 42 axies stolen, 36 are still not sold on the market place and they can still ban if they act fast. However, Its been more than 48 hours now and the SkyMavis's customer support just watched my 42 axies to be sold by this UNTOUCHABLE Hacker in the Marketplace. Most probably, this hacker is one of them! So here is my advise when your account get hacked, don't waste time to contact SkyMavis customer support to ask for help, because one thing is for sure, "they can not help" they will just add to your problem. In this kind of situation, doing nothing is far better than seek the customer support's help.
Me robaron el único axie que tenia a la venta. Solamente uso esta extensión de ronin. Y solamente usaba la pc para axie infinitiy. Ronin de la cuenta que me robó: ronin:2fe0858c10b9cd60053cc93638de52297c3c2d75 Usuario: Lunacian #10483630 En el momento de haberme robado, su cuenta tenia 4 axies. A las pocas horas llegó a tener 50 axies. Increíble lo fácil que debe ser hacerse de axies ajenos. Los de soporte no hacen nada. Ya les mande cap de pantalla, links, etc. y no son capaces ni de responder.
Una porquería de juego
Ojala los axies que me robaron y los slp, se valla a las personas que necesiten. Pero lo que voy a decir si me robaron volveré con el doble que me quitaron. Nunca pensé que me iban a robar con esta extensión.

Me siento indignada, ayer me robaron 9 axis en menos de 5 minutos y no me llego ninguna alerta ni ninguna notificacion, realmente no hay seguridad, ni opcion de bloquear a estos en caso de robo. Y este tipo de personas siguen robando y revendiendo axies y no los bloquean.
