React Developer Tools is a Chrome DevTools extension for the open-source React JavaScript library. It allows you to inspect the React component hierarchies in the Chrome Developer Tools.
You will get two new tabs in your Chrome DevTools: "Components ⚛" and "Profiler ⚛".
The Components tab shows you the root React components that were rendered on the page, as well as the subcomponents that they ended up rendering.
By selecting one of the components in the tree, you can inspect and edit its current props and state in the panel on the right. In the breadcrumbs you can inspect the selected component, the component that created it, the component that created that one, and so on.
If you inspect a React element on the page using the regular Elements tab, then switch over to the React tab, that element will be automatically selected in the React tree.
The Profiler tab allows you to record performance information.

Thank you guys for this amazing tool. After the last update it has become even better! Thank you that you do such projects for us, developers.
I loved this extension until it made me accept new permissions, it now wants to operate even when Chrome is closed, which is a function that I don't see most use cases needing . This is a tool that I've used primarily for debugging react applications via the browser, so it seems that its better that you only ask for this if the developer is going to use the tool for a case outside the browser? The fact that we need to sign up for these permissions to use the extension at all makes this newest update seem like a way of getting developers data when they're not using the browser. I feel disappointed that Facebook isn't considering their behavior as much as they should

Nothing much to say except you should install it if you're developing react applications.
Doesn't work with hooks - state variable values are not accessible/visible.
Really need more support for Hooks (Literally for Hooks) :u
Easily shows all your React components
Profiler section is not showing. I am working on development mode only using webpack dev server in local but I am not getting show up that profiler tab section in react devtools I have "react": "^16.8.6", "react-dom": "^16.6.3", I have installed react developer tools extension of the latest version. Help me with this.
