I love this application. Best application for business use
I have experienced the free version and I must say it's awesome. I just subscribed to the premium and am excited about the features. WAMessages is a great app. I love the personalization and ability to attach files to broadcast.
It is a really functional extension, it facilitates work and contact with customers, it could advance by integrating automatically configurable Chatbox, it would be great!

I have purchased Premium which is yet not activated
The extension by itself is useful. However the commercial dealings are unethical. For instance, on the website www.wamessages.com, there is no User account, no login etc. As a user I do not have the liberty to see my payment history, and subscription details. I do not have the option of cancelling my subscription. The most serious unethical practice is that my account gets autorenewed without my permission or authorization. Nowhere on the website is it mentioned that the account with get auto renewed every month. My credit card details are being used to charge me the subscription amount each month, without my prior knowledge or approval. I am left with no option but to try and cancel my subscription, but that facility or option is also not available on the website. This just shows that there are mala fide intentions. Google is selling this extension on its Chrome web store and should make a note that it supports such extensions and apps which have nefarious policies and dealings.
I dont where to cancel my payment method the its got subscribed automatically i need to remove my payment and required refund please help me out with this
