Zotero is a free, easy-to-use, open-source tool to help you collect, organize, annotate, cite, and share research.
The Zotero Connector automatically senses content as you browse the web and allows you to save items to Zotero with a single click. If a PDF is available, the Connector can save it to your library to read later, and it can even save snapshots of webpages in case they change or disappear. Whether you're searching for a preprint on arXiv.org, a journal article from JSTOR, a news story from the New York Times, or a book from your university library catalog, Zotero has you covered with support for thousands of sites.
Additionally, if you use a web-based proxy to access resources your institution subscribes to, the Zotero Connector can automatically redirect you through the proxy when you follow links to those sites from elsewhere on the web, making sure that you always have access to PDFs and other gated content.
While the Connector can save most pages directly to your zotero.org account, for the full Zotero experience be sure to install the Zotero desktop app, which allows you to organize your references efficiently, insert citations automatically into Word, LibreOffice, and Google Docs, and much more. You can download Zotero for free from https://www.zotero.org/download

Perfeita!
Research is a process of systematic inquiry to answer a question that not only the researcher but also others want to solve. In Turabian style, the meaning of research can be articulated as a systematic study conducted to establish facts and reach new conclusions or develop new theories. Creswell defines research as "a process of steps used to collect and analyze information to increase our understanding of a topic or issue" (Creswell 2014, 3). Also, Booth, Colomb, and Williams describe research as "a systematic inquiry into a subject to discover or revise facts, theories, applications, etc." (Booth, Colomb, and Williams 2008, 11).

I have changed my laptop and even after syncing all the files could not found on my new laptop. what a nightmare...!!! Please tell me why even after syncing my it is showing deleted.
You say the problem is Google Docs, but MS Word extension is also dysfunctional right now. This is very bad because the scientific work it is used for is heavily dependent on time schedules. Nobody has time to transfer citations as they take hours to compile already, and Zotero has a really narrow margin of error in terms of operational quality. Now we see it is completely failing. I might have to switch to Mendeley, which is a decision I am not happy with, but obliged to, in order to continue my work. How can we trust Zotero to NOT mess up in a critical time in the future too?
昨天还可以抓取知网上的pdf,今天突然就不行了,换了cnki.js后还是不行,气死
Zotero is not functioning in both Google Chrome and Firefox. I understand the development team is working diligently, but I rely heavily on Zotero for my research, and I have a deadline of 21-02-2024. Please prioritize the resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
Zotero just ruined all of the citations in my dissertation with whatever bug is going on with google docs. Unreliable nightmare!
I really love zotero, but something happened today in google docs. When I want to cite a source it shows some google docs menu and not zotero window to search. I am looking forward for a fix!
