This extension will make ChatGPT your default search engine in Chrome. Once ChatGPT has been set as your default search engine, you can search directly via your browser URL bar.
ChatGPT You can get fast, timely answers with links to relevant web sources, which you would have previously needed to go to a search engine for. This blends the benefits of a natural language interface with the value of up-to-date sports scores, news, stock quotes, and more. Chats also now include links to sources, such as news articles and blog posts, giving you a way to learn more.
In order to redirect a query to Google search, type "!g [your query]" (e.g. !g foobar) directly in your browser URL bar.

Seems to work fine, with little difference compared to using the desktop application, to be honest. For me, it would be better if searches via the extension were saved in a single conversation. Currently, searches clutter up my list of conversations in the ChatGPT application.

Ensinnäkin lisäosa on hieman liian aggressiivinen siinä, miten se käsittelee Googlen hakutoimintoja. Se nimittäin disabloi Googlen haun kokonaan, eikä tarjoa vaihtoehtoa valita eri hakukoneiden välillä. Tämä voi olla turhauttavaa käyttäjille, jotka haluavat käyttää Googlen hakuja rinnakkain ChatGPT-haun kanssa. 4 stars because it is missing a simple feature for a quick enable/disable by clicking the extension icon, as to revert to "normal" search mode via our default search engine like Google. Now it is annoying to have to disable the app completely every time I need to use my usual search engine, which is at least very annoying.

No esta funcionando para mi, algun truco para confugarla o algo o simplemente es instalar y ya, mire que la seguridad mejorada la marcaba como insegura pero desabilite la tal seguridad mejorada y la pase a estandar y sigo sin poder buscar con la extension
NO está funcionando en el Navegador Vivaldi, el cual se supone está hecho en base a Chromium también.
É um excelente mecanismo de busca. Entretanto, não consigo, de qualquer maneira, acessar outros sites, sem que ela abra automaticamente, isto é o único problema.
