This eye-care extension enables night mode by creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colours to make web pages high contrast and easier to read.
Adjust brightness, contrast, the sepia filter, font preferences. Enable dark mode on every web page or give websites a sepia tone. Enable or disable Dark Reader for specific websites, automatically sync with system dark mode, or detect already dark websites and leave them unchanged.
This is the original Dark Reader extension. Since 2014, we continuously evolve alongside modern web technologies to deliver fast and reliable dark mode support for people sensitive to bright light.

This is a feature improvement review 這是功能改進評論 不知道能否有技術突破，因為Chrome在使用擴充功能開啟PDF時，會用一個特殊方式來顯示PDF檔案，例如：我安裝的Acrobat Reader外掛，開PDF時使用它來開啟，這時，因為不是全部以網址顯示PDF（https://XXX.PDF），在https://XXX.PDF前頭會套上一個擴充功能的指令碼（［chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/］https://XXX.PDF），以至於無法對PDF進行深色模式閱讀，如果不用此PDF外掛，改用Chrome自帶的PDF顯示，因為https://前頭沒有擴充功能的指令碼，此時Dark Reader才可起作用，對PDF內容進行深色閱讀。 然而Edge並不會產生此現象，不論是使用Acrobat Reader外掛開啟或是內建的PDF閱讀器開啟PDF，都不會出現在https://XXX.PDF前頭會套上一個擴充功能的指令碼的情形，因此Dark Reader能起作用，對PDF內容進行深色閱讀。 這很可能是瀏覽器的政策問題，不知是否能有所突破，希望能廣為人知。
this is good I was trying to read on my laptop and the website didn't allow darkmode only on a moblie phone deivce and this helped a lot thank you

fatta bene ma è pesantissima, rallenta TANTISSIMO chrome, rendendolo quasi inutilizzabile... allegeritela. N.B. Su alcuni siti (linkedin per esempio) non funziona
