I really like the idea of this, and there are lots of cool features, but I need two tweaks to make it something I'd keep using: 1) let me pick my search provider, don't force me to use yahoo. 2) let me pick which of my gmail tabs show up in the notifications.
Turn your new tab page into the home screen of your cellphone! Lots of added functionality, I'm very impressed.
its just awesome.
I use it mostly for the backgrounds and keeping a set list of bookmarks for quick access. Unfortunately, the weather comes out of our corporate IP location (yes, I'm using the weather extension) which our corporate office is across the country so this is useless. You also cannot add internal websites such as web portals hosted on the internal network. It wants a ".com" or something at the end. I want to be able to use http://servername because it does not use .com when internal. Otherwise, a nice application.
Great start page. Coul be better if you could personalize more elements (ex. weather place)
I really like extension. A great feature would be to drag a tab onto the page instead of having to enter the url manually.
Fantastic extension, one feature request would be to be able to use Google Inbox instead of Gmail for the notification links
