What's New in 3.0:
==================
* Updated to Manifest V3.
Before Chrome 52, the backspace key navigated back (if you weren't writing text). Many people lost their progress while working online by accidentally pressing backspace and leaving a page -- so we removed the feature from Chrome, and created this extension for those who prefer the old behavior.
This extension can't restore backspace on certain special pages, for example any of the "chrome://" pages such as Settings or Extensions.

Too bad this necessary because some morons can't handle a keyboard. This should be normal function, not a plugin !
Works but should be useless if the browser was behaving correctly. Alt-left arrow is really a stupid shortcut as it requires the two hands (at least on my desktop keyboard). Please include this function natively.
The extension does work. However, it really should not exist. User configurable hotkeys would have been a much more preferable solution. Or / additionally, an "are you sure..." on backspace where a page contains user edited fields. Just sezzin.
this should not have been an extension but a check option in the browser.
Ура!!!
This is complete retarded. I totally hate it. Why this is an extension now
It works, but it doesn't seem as responsive as the original built in functionality. Typical Google, break the clock that works!
I typically hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this app should not need to exist. First off, removing the functionality is madness. You've fallen in to the trap of hearing a complaint from a section of your user base and forgetting that normal users will never say 'gee I sure do like that backspace takes you back a page.' Secondly, how is an EXTENSION a better option than a simple check box in the settings? It seems lazy and bloated to make you install an add on for such a basic change. You've made a bit of a shambles of this one, Google.
이 기본적인 키를 왜 확장프로그램을 설치해서 써야하나요.~!!!
1 star for the absurdity of needing to install this extension in the first place.
