Muy útil cuando estás trabajando en varias cosas distintas a la vez y quieres tener la referencia de cada página que estabas visitando.
The best I have found so far. I would like to suggest The Session Buddy developers to add feature which will track sessions in server not only locally.

重要的Chrome必備工具
I usually have LOADS of Chrome windows and tabs open at a time, so many that my new laptop with 16MB gets very unhappy. SessionBuddy has saved me so many times. It lets me recover all my Chrome tabs and windows after a crash, and it lets me proactively manage the many web pages that I want ready access to. So much more useful than Favorites (although I use those too.)

Einfach der Hammer.
Очень часто спасает при падении хрома, когда сам браузер почему-то не хочет восстанавливать предыдущую сессию. Также очень удобно выборочное восстановление вкладок и окон из сохраненных сессий - постоянно пользуюсь.
