This used to be a pretty good product. However, it no longer does snapshots. That is the main reason I used it, so if something happened, I could go back to the last set of good tabs. It not only doesn't do that anymore, if you go to the help section, it is listed in the known problems. The instructions for trying to fix it are difficult to follow, even for this former Software/Firmware (embedder) Engineer. They want you to use the debugging console to fix THEIR app. If you want support, they need you to send them a bunch of things that would be almost impossible for anyone but a software engineer to obtain. There is nowhere to just contact support without providing all these things they want. They are basically asking you to do all the diagnostics, save reports, and a bunch of other stuff. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM. WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN FIXED? I am switching to Tab Session Manager.

It becomes lasy, very slow and ugly extension
Saves your RAM It DESPERATELY needs an undo button however, I lost a big tab collection because I was trying to select a bunch of tabs, and accidentally selected "file" as well, which, instead of deleting the 17 tabs I wanted to get rid of, proceeded to delete all several hundred saved tabs.
It works for bringing up curated sessions, which I appreciate, but the folder management system is terrible. Every time I want to add a new link to a collection is automatically adds it to a new folder, and then I have to go and "unify folders". Also links cannot be moved between existing folders. It is a terrible design with the limited movement. Either more movement abilities need to be added, or the whole folder structure should be done away with. Not sure what the devs were thinking.
I have been using this plugin for over 6 years. It has been a game changer for my work flows. I've set it up where each client of mine at work has their own window I can open that goes directly to thier services online. It's been great for years! I've set up tabs for travel plans, for specific work projects. I mean this app is perfect! Until last year I started to work, and all my tabs were gone. no restoratation no help. ok lets go again - I spent this year using session buddy again, building up my client tabs for work and personal use. I probably have about 15 workflows saved. AND TODAY>>>>>GONE!!! Good bye Session Buddy. Please fix this issue.
