Was the best at one point. Now it doesn't save my sessions newer than 2 months old, so what's the point. Just lost 21 tabs because of Chrome crashing and the last thing Session Buddy saved was an email tab and Twitter.
best of them all! I've used it on ALL the computers I've logged into. Praise the Lord, it's such a blessing to me!
I use Session Buddy all the time. It helps me keep my browser windows to a minimum. I collect related topics in various tabs of one window. I then use Session Buddy to save that window as a session with a title. You can export all your saved sessions so you don't lose them, or to import them to another machine. When Copy All URL's isn't available, I use Session Buddy to copy into the clipboard buffer my URL's along with their titles. These can be pasted into a text file or Excel or Notion... very helpful when researching the content those web pages.
1- Saved pages should sync with our email account. 2- The application should also save the tab groups!
Update: Even in this new version, it still has massive problems. i.e. It refuses to open tabs in a new window, instead giving me the "Some tabs could not be opened" error message, bar the fact that it can open them with the "open in this window option"! Showing that this is clearly an error with opening a window for the tabs, not the opening the tabs themselves. In the last few months it has started to fail to open some (not all) saved windows, they will not open when clicked on and will not open on the restoration of the session (The tabs themselves can be clicked on and opened) I have tried backing up the session and importing it to an other system and the windows still refuse to open.
Amazing work, these people need more love for their work.
qual foi o inteligência rara que decidiu fazer a extensão não salvar os links da própria extensão? qual a utilidade disso? provavelmente foi só mais trabalho pra fazer algo que só atrapalha muito.
Lacks basic functionality, like, drag&dropping links between sessions or windows. Which makes merging and adding new links a bit of a hassle; no in-UI splitting of windows or sessions; can't merge a couple of windows but not all. But has link search through all sessions.
Great as a backup tool I use daily but one flaw is to add a feature whenever I create a new session, to use the "move" option to put them in an old session rather than creating a new one. If this goes in a later update it would be great.
Used it for a couple months but there was no cloud backup or dark mode. I've switched to Partizion instead: it has cloud backups, dark mode, and a really nice UI.
