High Contrast lets you browse the web with your choice of several high-contrast color filters designed to make it easier to read text.
When you install this extension, all pages are "inverted", so black becomes white and white becomes black. Press the "browser action" icon in the toolbar to toggle it on and off, or customize your settings on a per-site basis. Use a convenient keyboard shortcut to quickly change your settings while your browse.
Other extensions try to change the default colors, but this ends up breaking many popular websites. Only this extension applies filters to your page that invert almost everything - the only exception is photos, which are left alone.
Also note that the Chrome web store and other built-in pages like the New Tab page and Settings pages are unaffected - extensions like this one are not allowed to modify them, by design.

Even though I find reading the screen difficult this was too much contrast.
ok muito bom
harika
Looks horrible. Appears to be a gamer's idea.
Incredibly useful. But I do hope that the developers will make way for custom contrast options, you know, a custom slider to make the grey text stronger. After all, I did add this only to remedy the huge amount of light gray body text that is plaguing today's web designs. Hurts my head. And as other comments have shown, not every individual has the same accessibility needs, so allowing for custom slider-based contrast settings will help address each of our individual needs.
i therefore to conclude with a diffucult eye sigthed vision in front of every televisionaries operating system too, I have a right opinion that we need to modify with own different weak vision to have own application windows privacy to our account server...

I was looking for a "dark" theme setting for working within Google Apps Script. Such an option does not exist, but a forum suggested I use this extension instead. I would still rather have the customization built in to the Apps Script Editor, but this extension seems to do an okay job. It does seem to cause problems if I leave it running, though, so it's not yet a set-it-and-forget-it solution. For example, if I leave High Contrast "Enabled" but set the default profile to "Normal" for most pages, then embedded images do not appear in things like Google Docs or Slides. In short, in lieu of a built-in option in Apps Script, I'd love to see a little more seamless integration of this extension so that it doesn't affect other work processes.
But it changed all the game colors.
