High Contrast lets you browse the web with your choice of several high-contrast color filters designed to make it easier to read text.
When you install this extension, all pages are "inverted", so black becomes white and white becomes black. Press the "browser action" icon in the toolbar to toggle it on and off, or customize your settings on a per-site basis. Use a convenient keyboard shortcut to quickly change your settings while your browse.
Other extensions try to change the default colors, but this ends up breaking many popular websites. Only this extension applies filters to your page that invert almost everything - the only exception is photos, which are left alone.
Also note that the Chrome web store and other built-in pages like the New Tab page and Settings pages are unaffected - extensions like this one are not allowed to modify them, by design.

背景と文字だけ反転かグレー処理すれば良いのにページの全てが影響されては使える場所が限定的すぎるし常時使えないのであれば使える場所を選択するか記録できるようにして欲しい。
I want to change back but can't seem to get it to work now.
It was Okay.. However, The Inverted Grayscale or Inverted Color just makes my G+ Page look Horrible. Others don't work. and I am using it.. just with the "Increased Contrast" option as others possibly do not work. One is TOO BRIGHT, another one is TOO SHADY, I'd also like if there was a Navy Blue theme here...
Would like to adjust contrast levels. Also, on new Dell XPS 13 Windows 10 using Chrome with High Contrast enabled I am unable to scroll Gmail messages using 2 finger or touchscreen scrolling. This is not a problem with other browsers and does not conflict with Chrome Gmail touchpad (no touchscreen) scrolling on my upgraded Windows 10 Vaio.
Pratique, mais j'aurais aimé un ptit custom. Je cherchais une extension pour moins me peter les yeux avec les blancs sur les sites. Il y a pas de simple option : Changer CSS blanc en gris par exemple. ça propose des templates de contrasts

Have been happy with this until the recent update. Now a new browser window does not have the default contrast settings unless I refresh it. Please fix! I deleted the update and installed the previous version but it auto updated and went back to the new broken one.
It worked beautifully for over a year and a half. But now all of a sudden the inverted colour bit now looks absolutely crappy. Normally when I used inverted colour mode those darker bits such as borders around links, text boxes, etc., pictures, among other things didn't get inverted too. But now they get inverted and they become REALLY bright. There should be an option for high contrast\Inverted colour. Like combine increased contrast with the inverted colour scheme. I thought that's what I had because it looked great but now it's just standard inverted and looks horrible. P.S: If it means anything. When I sit further down and look UPWARDS at the screen the contrast seems to improve to the way it used to look.
