The app crashes about every 15 minutes. When it works it's great, but when it doesn't work it's such a pain to restart Chrome to get it running again. Is there something I can do to fix the app from crashing every few minutes? It limits my overall productivity.

It works okay when it actually works at all. However this is quite unusual in itself, and usually is only for a relatively brief period of time before the extension gets disabled. When it does work, there are bugs in it. For example, while you can dictate in lots of places, like some fields in websites, in Facebook comment boxes and in web WhatsApp, you cannot press enter to submit the text. You need to cut and paste the whole text in again, or enter additional characters with a keyboard or "press" command for the field to actually recognise it has information in it. Would be great if it was fixed properly, as Internet Explorer is way too slow to use, especially when your computer is already running Dragon

I just upgraded to Nuance Professional for personal use (as in I paid money) and updated it. It's still useless for interface with a lot of websites on Chrome. This extension does not work for most websites I visit with Chrome. Fix this issue. We're paying for your dictation software, but the extension still leaves it useless with Chrome. I've been using this with the Canvas course management website to give feedback on student work, but it only works for 10 mins or so before it freezes up. I am very unhappy with the way this extension & Dragon work with the Chrome browser.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es erst seit Februar nicht mehr funktioniert. Jedenfalls ist die Funktion nicht mehr vorhanden. Bei mir nicht einmal nach einer halben Stunde sondern generell. Leider habe ich auch im Word seit einigen Monaten erhebliche Probleme. Da wir auch noch unser Fachprogramm laufen lassen, weiß ich natürlich nicht genau, wer stört. In jedem Fall ist aber die Funktionalität von Dragon mit dem 15.0 oder 15.1 erheblich zurückgegangen. Bis 13.5 funktionierte alles super. Derzeit ist bin ich mit der Funktionalität nicht zufrieden. Habe ich das System neu installiert, funktioniert alles prima. Nach kurzer Zeit fängt es jedoch an zu nerven.

IN other words What are you going to do to make this software work correctly we paid good money for it. You have been losing people's time for two months now it's time that somebody did something I am tired of losing this time I'm going to go back to 13 it's like that supposed to be a timesaver and was spending more time trying to figure out what's going on with your software rather than writing what we want to write that's not normal do something otherwise refund me

I really do not know why this Extension has been developed, though I use it for dictating messages online. The number of mistakes it makes online, is not worth any sort of dictation, because after that you have 2 go back and correct your text. For example, if I say to iit is going to write 2 . And instead of it.. It is going to write iit. This review in itself, which was not edited can show you the mistakes made by this Dragon extension. That is why it gets a one star. Otherwise, I really enjoy working with my Dragon Professional Individual version 15.30, bilingual English and French software, But not on the net.
