unable to open in chrome
What is the problem with this app in Chrome?? I have been using for MANY years, and it's performance is at an all time low. These days: Doesn't open most of the time. Takes forever to load if it does open. Gets stuck/freezes after adding and won't close - kills whatever page you were on as you have to close the whole tab down to get rid of the importer. If it doesn't open at all and you know it should (like you're on science direct for example), try refreshing the page. It works best RIGHT after you open the page. Like 2/3rds of the time now it just is unresponsive without that. COME ON MENDELEY get some IT people on this, jesus.
It´s a shitbox... Can´t open from Chrome
Mendeley is a great reference manager if you are in a position to be billing by the hour. Otherwise you should use Zotero.
Não funciona...abre uma nova aba e simplesmente fecha. Já vi que outras pessoas reclamaram do mesmo problema. Já passou da hora de resolverem esse bug...
Generally very good - great for capturing resources online and for organising your bibliography in a wide range of styles. The recent upgrade to Mendeley Reference Manager is not always intuitive - it is very different from Mendeley desktop - but the help desk has been great. The web importer sometimes fails, but I just noticed that this may be associated with me failing to accept cookies on a given page.

Frustrating software; takes forever to load, freezes over and over requiring frequent refresh. Needs an overhaul.
