Certainly get rid of the ads -- especially those you can't skip. ARGH
it's great for the most part, I wish there was a whitelist feature though so your favorite youtubers can still get admoney.

It works great, but one small thing about it is that this software gets rid of the annotations at the end of youtube videos. my only problem with this software is just that, otherwise it works perfect.
