RESEÑAS FALSAS. Es imposible cancelar una vez les das los datos de tu tarjeta.
Ladrones, no aparecen cuando quieres cancelar una suscripción. Pero antes? Te buscan, te insisten y te regalan dias gratis de prueba para que los califiques con 5 estrellas y así ocultar su deshonesta realidad
Eazybe parece un servicio atractivo, pero esconde un lado oscuro que no puedo ignorar. ¿Un botón para cancelar la suscripción? Brilla por su ausencia. ¿Soporte al cliente? Si mencionas que quieres cancelar, desaparecen como por arte de magia. Esto me dejó pagando $96 USD adicionales por un servicio que no uso hace seis meses y que, al parecer, es imposible de cancelar. Ahora me toca pasar por la incomodidad de cambiar mi tarjeta para detener los cobros. Y una advertencia: su buena reputación no es genuina, sino que viene de ofrecer descuentos o días gratis a quienes los califican con reseñas positivas.
