Es útil, pero no se porqué, cuando escribes la contraseña, se muestra... Es una opción para mantener la privacidad, debería no mostrarse por defecto, mostrar algo así ******, y si se desea, poner una opción de mostrar contraseña, pero es que así, si hay alguien delante, puede ver tu contraseña!
