For those who are not able to get into their Chrome accounts or getting locked out, try this method. I had the same issue because my chrome account got locked without even setting up my password. This might help you get your Chrome account back: - If you have any other Chrome profiles, log into one of them. - You will see a settings bar near the other profiles. - Click that option to access your other Chrome profiles. - Delete the Chrome account that is locked and create it again. - When you log into your new Chrome account, it will ask for a one-time password. - Use this opportunity to reset your password or remove this extension. This worked for me, and I got my account back after 1 hour.

I think i found a bug or something, when i use browser with multiple profile and try wrong password while other profile open and trying to open profile with password, it opened without password. Please review this asap.
