Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Good enough as long as it has valid cloud and/or local backup options. (That don't require merging every named tab group in to one and exporting it)

I must say that this app has saved me hours of time looking for pages with info I need. 5 star greatness.
Don't know how I survived without this. Helps with much more than just RAM management, also human brain memory.
It does a good job of what appears to be tab consolidation but using Killswitch (from Comodo)-(Replaces Task Manager), I see the typical 14 Chrome.exe processes each with separate PIDS and a Physical Memory Working Set of 160 MB and Peak of 185 MB. Virtual Memory remains unchanged at 105 MB, Peak Private Bytes 130 MB, Virtual Size 365 MB, Peak Virtual Size 390 MB, Page Faults of 600,000. And, I only have 8 website tabs open then merged into one tab but I still have 14 processes due to the Chrome Store add-ins such as tis one and others. I'm failing to see the memory save but perhaps someone can explain. Otherwise, it is a interesting difference to other such as Too Many Tabs. It would be nice to have synchronization feature so instead of opening tabs you can save them for later access across multiple machines.
Excelente!!..La recomiendo. Es realmente útil, permite listar las tab guardadas, colocarles nombre de grupo, bloquearlas para no perderlas, exportarlas, importarlas, compartirlas...en fin..buenísima. Las felicitaciones a los creadores. No he tenido ningún problema con ella desde que la instalé.
Absolutely essential Chrome extension. I wish I found it ages ago! It lets you organise tabs for research, reduces clutter, saves memory and saves battery.
It saves a lot of memory and organize your tabs and save for after browser.
