10/10/2019: How to solve the problem of using OneTab without losing any Tabs! 1: < OneTab > in the Google Chrome's Browser at the top of the browser 2: Upper right of the Browser select < Export / Import URLs > 3: For example each day or so copy and paste all websites' pages within the Export URLs to either; A: Sticky Notes pinned on the Taskbar (no need to save because they are saved automatically) or B: to for example a Word Document but then you may have to manually save the Word's document. 4: Any time that you lose all of the Tabs on OneTab do the following; A: Select the OneTab Tab at the top of Google's Chrome Browser B: Upper Right select < Export / Import > 5: Select < Import URLs > 6: Paste the saved website links that was copied from Export URLs to Import URLs box. 7: To save the websites as bookmarks on OneTab < Import URLs > below the Import URL's Box. NB! This is the only method that probably actually and literally works! NB! I have checked the other claims made on this website poage and they actually and literally don't work! /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Therefore, any person using OneTab should also use Tabs Backup and Restore. One Tab & Tabs Backup & Restore both work perfectly well until they crash (Tabs disappears) and have to restart from scratch! 24/7/2019 Edit (latest): The only methods that maybe works 1: Save the bookmarks to the Bookmark - But to restore each tab one at a time is far to time consuming. 2: It appears that Tabs Backup & Restore app has been improved that worked after reinstalling Windows 10 on a new SSD and after countless Blue-screens of Death (BSOD) etcetera. NB! None of the other methods mentioned on this page before 24/7/2019 actually solves the problem long term - fake information! ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Previous post: It is even more annoying when the authors won't fix the relatively easy bugs'/faults' problems. 1: It should be possible to create backups which are stored on a different drive than the drive, which the operating system is stored on. For example if Windows 10 (Win10) is saved on the C:\ (C drive) than I should be able to save One Tab on a path on the D:\ or E:\ etcetera. This means that when and NOT if One Tab gets corrupted then after for example reinstalling Win10 I could then reinstall the backup file. Another method of looking at the problem is when I use CCleaner I always create a backup of the registry. 2: Tabs Backup & Restore keeps on sooner or later reverting back to the default of a few mins (think 5 mins) with a backup limit of 30, 2.5 hours. This means that by the time realize that there is a problem the original OneTabs have been permanently deleted! At the moment I prefer back-up = 1 hour with 80 backups that gives me 80 Hrs = just over 3 days to notice the problem and restore back-ups before they are permanently deleted. But it is about time that the authors solved the relatively simple problem instead of people falsely claiming that Tabs don't disappear if the settings are correctly set.

The best extension that exists for Google Chrome! It's light, simple, you can do the main function of these kind of extensions with only push a button or a shortcut (It purpose is to save the opened tabs. Obviously if you want more functions, it has better options too). The only Cons that I have to say is about the nonexistent Sync with your Google Account or other browsers. It does not sync your saved tabs with anything, that it's to say, it only saves them in the browser where you saved those previously. Even you have synchronized all your extensions and data in your Google Chrome with your Google Account (in Chrome for Windows, for example), the tabs don't will appear in the Chrome of your MacBook (or other computer...). For me, this is a problem because nowadays everything is synchronized, and I would like to continue watching my tabs/sessions of Windows when I'm in my MacBook. I repeat, this is the unique con that I have, the synchronization that doesn't exist between devices. All of rest, for me, it's perfect.

This is a really great chrome extension. i usually don't do reviews, but OneTab deserves it. I love the many features; very intuitive. the drag and drop tabs is awesome for re-ordering the tabs within a group inside OneTab. Maybe add Drag & Drop Groups, so that we can reorganize entire groups at once rather than link by link 438 times? Also, as another user said, maybe an interesting Incognito-Mode Restore function, whether tabs were in Incognito before or not... anways, this app is a life saver. i don't even remember what a book mark is anymomre...
