Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Fantastic! Not only do I not have a million tabs open at once, I also no longer have a million bookmarks! I use the lock function instead of my bookmarks now. PRO TIP: At the time of writing, if you get a new computer the tabs won't be there even if you install OneTab again. To get your tabs on a new computer: 1) On the original computer, open the Chrome console, type localStorage.getItem('state') 2) Copy that object and email it to yourself. 3) open up your new computer's Chrome console. Declare a variable: var state = (the object you copied and emailed yourself) 4) Run localStorage.setItem('state', state); 5) Refresh the page and all of your tabs should be there! I'll also use this method periodically to try and ensure I never lose too much if OneTab ever drops the ball on me.
You literally can put all the tabs you want in this one tab, it makes your computer a lot faster.

This extension saved a lot of RAM on this computer. I will keep using this extension.
wish all apps had this intuitive a purpose and functionality. it does exactly what one wants in the way the mind wants it to. the company has continued to improve it in functional ways, without adding a lot of noisey features. just a top rate app all around.

Très pratique, je veux le même pour smartphone androïd ! J'ai actuellement plus de 3300 lien en moins de 2 ans. Par contre je n'ai pas trouvé de moteur de recherche avec mots clefs et/ou date pour retrouver un lien dont j'ai oublié le nom du site. Si çà n'existe pas, il faudrait le créer.
