Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

I started to use this extension and then read some reviews. The risk of lost tabs now motivates me to delete OneTab. It occurred to me that I can use Pearltrees for the same purpose. I've been subscribing to Pearltrees for several years on a research project and have captured hundreds of tabs in a user-defined hierarchy without losing any tabs ever. I can make the tabs private or open to other Pearltree subscribers. But in ain't free.
Great tool for saving the seemingly infinite tabs I seem to spawn.
This app is brilliant, brilliant until it erases all your tabs. Use with caution, but DONT rely on it.
I lost all 1000 of my saved tabs after some update or something...
This. is. my. FAVORITE. EXTENSION. EVERRRR!!! I'm a mess trying to use bookmarks to organize my interwebs information. I try my best- I really do. But between my phone, my laptop, my of safari bookmarks, etc blah blah blah... it's a real mess. OneTab is intuitive, user-friendly-- I use it every day. Highly recommended!
Do not really use extensions, but use this one the most and by far the best one, it works with a simply click and easy to use, would 100% recommend.
Don't use this extension if you want to save your tabs. They will be deleted without notice. As many have noted, saved tabs are randomly deleted. My entire tabs list (including all locked tab groups) disappeared without warning. Apparently the devs recommend exporting your tabs. But doing a manual export daily is ridiculous, and it doesn't preserve the names of tab groups nor their status (i.e. locked, starred). This is a big issue and it makes this extension effectively useless. You may want to try these extensions instead: Session Buddy (I've been using this one longer than OneTab and it's always been reliable. I've never lost any tab groups. But it doesn't allow easy editing tab groups.) Tabsets Tabli
Очень помогает бороться с кучей открытых вкладок, и перегрузкой оперативки - хром ж. Но есть минус, минут не приложения, а самоконтроля. Слишком много вкладок держу открытыми в онетабе. Но борюсь. Хорошее приложение! советую
Amazing for organization during big projects that require lots of different resources.
перенес профиль chrome (AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data), на старом компе chrome удалил. после этого обнаружил, что все накопленные за долгое время вкладки не перенеслись... в каком файле и где они хранятся? можно их еще как то восстановить?
