Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

extension corrupted and lost all my saved tabs. lost everything. and of course since it doesn't back up to google drive or anything, gone forever.
One tab was great when it did the job - then I used it when it seemed my MacBook Pro/Chrome computer froze. On reopening there was about a 2 second flash to restore OneTab, which offering disappeared. My daughter said she lost all er tabs when this happened to her. This is NOT OK. if you offer a saving device IT HAS TO WORK and it has to be able to be restored!. I go to 'history', and though it is there it is unavailable. I have already googled the problem, with no result, and now know my Ivy trained, digital savvy adult could not access her past files. YOU GUYS ARE DISASTER at One Tab. FIX IT!
Used to be a great little extension until it apparently got corrupted today and running the Repair has left me with an empty extension!! Cannot imagine that the info has not been saved locally... or that running their 'Repair' facility would not have automatically backed up the relevant data before repairing it. At this point it seems pointless to continue with this extension as it has become unreliable. Rated it 2 stars because I used to love it and it seemed to be stable. If I had only just started trying it out, it would only be 1 star due to the failure to save the data on either the local computer or a cloud somewhere.
Never knew I needed this
I added my important web pages in onetab, they were very useful and important tabs for me, but when i saw after few minutes none of my tab was there even one tab was not in my extension bar it has been crashed, all the tabs had been vanished, I am hitting the ceiling my all tabs lost. there is even no any option i can recover them back. i hate this extension...Good to say Goodbye to this extension.
Like many other reviewers, I used OneTab for quite a while, but recently Chrome crashed and OneTab deleted all the tabs, with no way to recover the tabs in the extensions data. It fails to fulfill the primary function it advertises.
Been using this for almost a year now. (yeah, late review but have great things to say!) It is useful, easy to use, uncomplicated, intuitive, ram-freeing. It is especially helpful as I use Chrome as my browser and it is a HUGE Ram gobbler. It has worked is way permanently into my work routine as a budding entrepreneur because of its ease of use. Web browsers nowadays have ways to go back to visited webpages but this outshines them by far because of is quick-listed web history sorted by date, ability to lock visited pages and go back to them later multiple times as a self reference. The only thing I wish would be multi computer syncing. The listed links are single computer associated and isnt built to link across separate computers with the same account. That would be a ncie feature (that and ways to organize the links into nameable archive folders).
Fena değil. The Great Suspender bence daha iyi gibi işe yarar.
Amazing stuff! Great work here :-)
I've never lost my tabs so I can't speak to that, but I love the features I have used. For instance, I just started collecting tabs in a named and locked group, which I find invaluable. It is one of only a few extensions I keep handy on my address bar all the time.
