WebRTC Leak Shield requires following permissions:
privacy: This allows the extension to change the webrtc settings of the browser to prevent WebRTC IP Leak
storage: To store configuration file and current state of the extension
management: This extension is standalone and does not require any other extension to function but other extension such as VPN extension can embed the functionality of this extension in their extension. (For example: Hoxx VPN). This permission is needed to ensure the communication between WebRTC Leak Shield and other extensions which are using its functionality.

Worked as mentioned. Perfect. People who have problem with this extension - THIS IS NOT A VPN. You NEED a VPN along with this extension to hide your IP completely.
THIS IS A SCAM I'm not gonna say anything more and just quote their Privacy Policy WORD TO WORD : "When you register with us, you provide us information about yourself – your name, email address, contact number and **password** etc. If you correspond with us by e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail messages, your e-mail address, and our responses. Additionally, we store information about users` contacts when users manually enter contact e-mail addresses or transfer contact information from other online social networks. We also collect general information about your use of our services." Word of advice, don't install this unless you'd want to be spied upon, instead go sell it on ebay, you'd also get paid for it.

It works, triggers browser's hidden option to prevent WebRTC to be leaked.
