1. If you are installing the extension for the first time, select the extension will open the language selection page. Select the language and open the extension once the new page is opened. Then click the "Configure/Reset" button. It will clear the extension data and log you out of the portal.

I cant open https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/users/sign_in on my wifi after using this extension for a while. I can open it on my mobile network. Is this known issue?

It was a great extension. i used it to move my appointment dates forward. But unfortunately i was soft banned so i checked after 2 days. even then it was on ban immediately. now after almost 15 days i checked for the first time again it shows no slots available. Am i banned permanently to change my slot? if there are no slots at all extension will check again but when i check for the first time it shows rechecking after 30mins immediately after 1 check. any info on this ?

Hi , I am trying to configure this extension but unable to move forward once i completed the login step. Mine is a multi application scenario. Is it something to do with credits. Please let me know how to proceed

Thanks for creating this firstly.. How does it work for group appointment ? I haven't been able to find any appointments until evening 7 PM Canada. I am looking for an earliest appointment in January as my parents want to go back to India

Despite installing for the very first time, it shows this error. Not sure if its checking again for slots - "No dates found. Checking after 30 mins. Checked @ 12/01/2024, 02:44:37" Frequency of check is set to 1 minute.

hi i installed your extension on opera broser and it works great. i just wanted to ask how do i enable autobook cause i can not see configure/reset option as written in the description. it just opens up the link to the languages and region page. then it moves to the official ais website for the details. Thank you for the extension

Hi Himanshu, Thanks for developing this extension. This is really very helpful and i am using this for the first time. I just had one question, if i manually refresh the page and there is an early slot available, will auto-book option still work?

Hi himanshu, i started using this extension from today, my appointment date is in march 2026 but after activating the extension it is not showing those dates also, like its completely blank for all coming dates. do i need to shut it down for some time
