When I first got my account with Sendspark, I used the chat bot to quickly look up how to set up everything the way I wanted. But it wasn't a bot at all, it was A live person. We joked about my mistaking the chat for being a bot and he answered my questions... No muss, no fuss, and pleasant all around. This is my reach out tool. To spark the conversation and get people engaging with me. This is also my way to clone myself and deliver the frequently asked questions effectively and in a personal way.
