SendSpark enables me to connect with my customer base through video. It's a perfect tool for customer service, sales, marketing, and recruiting. The user interface of SendSpark is clean, intuitive, easy to use and navigate. The Chrome extension works great, but I also need Firefox extension. I hope SendSpark can implement CNAME without requiring a developer to manually configure. CNAME is one of the must-have features. Thank Sendspark!

Been using one of previous AS apps to send videos to our clients and was ok, but Sendspark just took to another level our customer relationship tasks. I wasn't sure about how I would Send Spark as I don't do a ton of email marketing. Then I saw how people I know were using it to give video presentations, tutorials and welcome message in various groups. It is a very good application for hosting videos for training videos, course videos and so on. I know of a couple of big marketers using this for videos instead of YouTube to present application training and tutorials. It is easy and quick to create a video via Chrome or you can upload a video directly to the platform. I am still figuring out the best way to make it work for my use but for my training videos, I will definitely be using this rather than uploading to YouTube. The packages are quite generous and you could always optimise videos and then upload them. I think this will be one of those useful purchases for a long time to come.

Loved the tool for its simple UI/UX that makes it so easy to collaborate among freelancers. Being able to create workspaces to separate user groups and have a central upload location is an wonderful capability. Best part is that they have a generous free version that lets you try everything of importance, before you purchase the software. And that is truly beneficial for making purchase decisions. Go ahead and give it a try if you are unsure.
