I was on the receiving end of a personalized video and was enchanted with the experience. I looked at several and decided to go with SendSpark. The biggest advantage was how stupid-simple it is to get started. Their UI is so simple and well-designed, a monkey could set it up and send a video in minutes. I HATE tools that I have to fiddle with for an hour to use. This one took minutes and the result was perfect.

Sendspark is a powerful tool for communication and productivity with existing clients and a great tool for differentiation with prospects. Top features: - ease of use - reliability/stability - video request feature - this is one of my favorite features and helps set Sendspark apart, the only minor hiccup I noticed was the video request landing page showed the logo twice and one of them was overlapping part of the header text - branding customization - each workspace can be formatted to your needs - team is responsive to loyal user base - coming white label option - can't wait! Ideas for further growth: - annotation - basic video editor/trimmer - option to highlight cursor - playlist feature - ability to create a single link that will play a customized list of videos - for instance, create custom playlists of customer testimonials that can be shared with prospects - add/integrate autoresponder/mail merge features to enable video customization at scale - for instance use field name placeholders in thumbnail captions that pull in customized data for each recipient and including option to pull in their logo on the thumbnail (apply Clearbit technology to Company Name field). Some use cases would be welcome emails and onboarding emails. This feature, in conjunction with the existing video request feature and proposed playlist feature above, this will take the Sendspark value proposition to a whole new level, lightyears further ahead of the competition.

Sendspark's Chrome Extension is fabulous. There are lots of ways to record videos nowadays, but the Sendspark platform is easy to use and the opportunities are endless. I sell high-ticket SaaS products and my cold emailing has always been a strategy of mine. Including a personalized video is unbelievably powerful to connect with someone through email. Just installed earlier today and my initial experience has been great, will update if that changes. Love the easy to change branding. UI is great and app is easy to get around. I tested out recording a video and you can easily record your screen (whole screen/window/tab) and yourself using your webcam. You can modify the size and shape of your webcam overlay which is cool. Once your video is recorded you can share it via a link, copy a video preview to share via email, or download it (either the gif thumbnail or the mp4 file). You can also embed the video in HTML or on a website. The thumbnail has some cool simple editing including moving to the section of the video you want, showing the timestamp (or not), adding an overlay caption in any color, and adding in a logo using a simple search (may not work for small companies but still cool). Overall great UI and features and I'm impressed.

Sendspark has a very clean UI and is very easy to use. I have Dubb, and while all the bells and whistles that Dubb offers can be really nice, it can be somewhat clunky to use at times. With Sendspark, it makes it very easy to create a video and share it, and that is exactly what you are looking for software in this category to do. The unlimited videos are great if you go with License option 2 or higher, and the storage amounts are generous. The separate workspaces are huge as you can work with multiple brands in one account, which is something you can't do with Dubb. The team seems to be making improvements rapidly and is open to new ideas on their roadmap, which is huge! The ability to quickly get video testimonials from clients with Video Requests feature could be a game-changer for clients. Adding personalized videos to all aspects of your business, from outreach to gathering client testimonials, is the direction that smart businesses are going, and Sendspark makes making these videos easy and fun. I very much recommend it!

Great at building and growing customer relationships It's a joy to use this product. I like the interface super minimal and clean. Pretty easy onboarding. Is still work in progress, many features are missing and the request video feature to get testimonials needs to be improved, but the roadmap looks promising. brings the service back into customer service! this app is just what i needed to feel less like a machine. quick and easy to interact with clients in a personal way. it's always awkward (read colder) asking for testimonials from remote clients when you haven't engaged with them in a personal way. now, i am not only providing friendly support but when i ask for that testimonial, it'll be as authentic as my clients. be magical. be seen.
